    The portable power bank looks interesting for my new iPad. How do you charge the power bank itself? Power cable or USB? The description didn't really say.

    Hi slowcoach,

    You can charge the power bank with the cable supplied, plug it into a computer or into your ipad charger. Otherwise, you can use the USB cables which are usually supplied with external hard drives (if you think the cable supplied with the power bank is too short).     In case anyone's interested in the future, i bought a power bank. It arrived promptly and seems to work ok with my new ipad.
