Increased Referral Bonus of US$200 Worth of SG (Crypto): Min US$30 Spend in 30 Days Required @ SocialGood App

1015

As per recent deal, I have tried and tested this myself, have gotten few thousands worth of SocialGood coins and cashed out to USDT.

It was $100 referral, now $200, not sure what to make of it, but my guess is they are not reaching their new sign up targets quick enough. Though, there's not much really to lose by trying out the App.

IMO eBay AU works best with tracking(12-24 hours) and approvals always happen at the end of the following month, so it takes 31-60 days for eBay AU.

Aliexpress have also worked for me. Haven't really tried other stores.

New users need to spend US$30 or more within 30 days of signing up.

For those who have more questions about the SG/App, withdrawals, feel free to DM me, happy to help answer any questions. I've been using the SG app since May 2021.

            • @shadowangel: However I had a look of the liquidity on uniswap it seems to be like 0.001 SG = 1ETH,
so you will never get a good price on uniswap for this at the moment?

What price you got on there in the past?

            • @shadowangel: Basically very small liquidity at the moment on defi exchanges , so price is very bad

              • @aboutconfig: Can you buy SG with the 'bad' price on uniswap and sell it on exchange?

                • @jimwh: No you can't, bad price is on both side.

When you want to sell, the price is lower than cefi exchange.
When you want to buy, the price is higher than cefi exchange.

This is how liquidity provider makes money by providing liquidity to the defi exchange , to fullfill your buy and sell order.
This is called LP mining, you put both SG and USDT into uniswap's LP, then you get a share of the pool.
Then when there's exchanges/swaps happens, you earn a part of the swapping fee.
You can set a range of price you want to buy SG in and a sell while you put your asset into the pool, you are effectively operating a bank.

Guess most people think SG gonna fail, dont want to hold or stake, so no one is actually providing liquidity into it, only the team, and the provided amount is very small,
hence the huge price difference between cefi and defi exchanges.
If people want to hold or stake it, then they would also to provide LP into it, making the price almost follow the cefi exchanges.

              • +1

@aboutconfig: Buy +100,000 SG from a CEX > add SG + ETH/ USDC LP to Uniswap > collect swap fees > use ETH/USDC to buy more SG from CEX > top up Uniswap LP.

Which low life is negging comments?

  • +3

Users used eBay have got double or triple token amount been approved, so any user used eBay is withdraw suspended until further notice. No matter what the message says when you try to withdraw and you shall not try it until the team says it is ok to.

Users haven't used eBay can withdraw if your approval Ed balance is over $300 for now, but your withdraw request won't be fulfilled until the distribution wallet been refilled, it will keep pending, you wait.

So sit calm and follow their Twitter, like and retweet, refer your friends on board. Open bitmart account get verified. Have trust wallet installed on your phone and connect it to your SG app. Make everything ready for your withdraw and exchange.

    • That is very good suggestions. Thanks will prepare things.

    • I have opened both Bitmart and Trust wallet accounts. Now trying to connect trust wallet to SG for withdrawal request. However the process gets stuck in the 2nd step in the SG app (sign our message).
Ok, it took a bit of time, but the wallet is now connected.

Now the withdrawal request of SG to my trustwallet account. It says network fee of 10.96 usd?
Is that all that is and the SG will come my trust wallet?

      • The withdraw fee will deduct from your available balance

        • That withdrawal fees make the withdrawal value less than USD300 at current price, (only by 7 dollars), so the system is not letting me withdraw. Hoping for an increase in SG value.

  • Who is buying 100k SG on exchange with a price of $1?

    • +2

Mostly the team buys back the token I guess, or BitMart / fake transactions XD

The team is deeply associated with BitMart from my opinion.

Btw, dont put too much asset on BitMart, they are small , they have been 'hacked' before

      • I thought crypto transactions cannot be faked?

  • This promo has been extended to end of feb

    • Gonna be difficult to get people to join if ebay is not on the list and most of crypto back rates are unattractive.

      • +2

Gonna be hard to convince people to sign up knowing you can't withdraw your earnings.

      • It's based in Asia, Ebay is not relevant at all there. It does need higher rates which should have been possible if they didn't give so much away. Now they need to mint so many coins, which is counter to what's said in the white paper.
It's simply not possible for them to purchase most tokens on the open market.

  • +1

Good time to withdraw if you have approved SG, currently sitting at $1.41 per SG so if you have had Aliexpress purchases approved then you would have over 100% profit; minus the gas fee (Approx $20-40 USD depending on network traffic)

    • Still shows $1, which means I am just a few dollars short of 300usd and can't withdraw

      • +1

I meant $1.41 AUD per SG

        • +1

no one can withdraw, pools are empty.

          • @shadowangel: At least it appears the devs bought up tokens early this morning. Now no one can withdraw, no one can sell lol.

            • @ilovefullprice: If the devs are buying that might mean they are unable to mint tokens on the contract, maybe there is a time lock.
I was able to issue the withdrawal on my coins, however it's not approved as there are no coins to give except from the team wallets.

              • @shadowangel: That means more evidence devs are buying from market and distributing back to users.

If they get this right, could be a good mechanism for an algo stable.

If price drops below one, also good opportunity for arbitrage.

                • @ilovefullprice: Will see what happens, Uniswap gave away $1k+ USD to everyone and they did fine. The target in the white paper is $10USD> per coin which is when more unlocks happen.

                  • @shadowangel: You mean they are expecting the SG coin price to go up to $10 USD? Not sure if this gonna happen.

          • +1

@shadowangel: They refill the pools often. Go to Telegram and add 'Unofficial SG Token Alerts' and it will tell you when they refill the pools which is when transactions start processing.

            • @Empharand: nice, that shows the buy backs also. They however don't mint that often which i think they will need this time.

        • The pool is still empty. I don't think we will be able to withdraw anytime soon.

    • -1

No one can withdraw at the moment as they are looking into the eBay issue.

      • I reckon the developer's are busy cashing in .

  • Wow equal 1 usd

    • +1

Looks artificial though. Too much at exactly $1

      • locked wallets do that, no one else can withdraw so there is limited selling pressure. It may go higher yet depending on how long the wallets are locked.

  • If anyone bought from Aliexpress and their cashback is already confirmed, overall how long did it take from purchase date?

    • that store is up to 90 days after your receive your goods. Each individual store has it's own return policy so it takes awhile.

    • +1

It might help to immediate confirm receipt of your item once you have it.
(Instead of letting AE time out).

    • For me it is looking like the full 90 days

So there is a lot of fluff around here regarding how to withdrawal. I haven't made one but think I figured it out.

I am up to 8 personally.

    1) install metamask
    https://metamask.io/download/

    2) store your recovery phrase somewhere (never lose this) store it somewhere safe

    3) import token > custom token the contract address to metamask

    4) 0xddf7fd345d54ff4b40079579d4c4670415dbfd0a copy it from coinmarketcap don't use what I have pasted
    https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/socialgood/

    5) add the SG code and 2 decimal places

    6) connect your metamask to your SocialGood app

    7) submit your market value withdrawal

    8) create a Bitmart account, go through level 2 kyc
    https://www.bitmart.com/

    9) if your SocialGood withdrawal successful you should see it in your metamask account

    10) search for SG in the Bitmart address

    11) copy your deposit address

    12) open metamask and transfer your SG to your personal Bitmart address

    13) submit a trade for SG/USDT or SG/BTC (see which one is higher)

    14) USDT is tether and essentially the digital version of the USD

    15) Convert your btc or usdt for something with low transaction fees. XLM / LTC suggested

    16) transfer to Binance as there is a lot of AUD trading pairs and fees / spreads are good.
    https://www.binance.com/en

    17) trade your deposit with an AUD pair

    18) withdraw to your bank account

    Caveats
    a) There will be fees so you might need some ETH in your metamask account

    b) I haven't done this but have been exposed to crypto for a number of years

    c) another option is to use Trustwallet and wallet connect rather than metamask
    https://trustwallet.com/

    d) used to be able to directly transfer to an exchange in the socialgood app. Can't do that anymore

    e) use the referral system from Ozbargain for Binance, Bitmart

    f) withdrawals are temporarily suspended but was able to do mine. Still pending though.

    g) anyone done the process can improve what I have wrote or point out anything I have done wrong let me know.

    • Any reason not to use the Coinbase Wallet? I initially tried Metamask but it just wouldn't seen to connect to the SG app.
      Coinbase wallet connected easily.
Now if they'd only release my withdrawal. Can't believe they've frozen it without even an estimated time frame.

      • +2

Can't say. Only used Trustwallet and metamask before.

        Android it connected easily.

      • Metamask also connected fine for me on iOS

      • +1

It quotes higher network fees, it also has a bug that sometimes shows the incorrect seed to backup.
make sure the seed works in other wallets.

    • Thanks for the detailed guide mate, will refer to it once I get some sg approved!

    • +1

When you transfer usdt from bitmart to binance. Use TRC20 network so you only pay 1 usdt gas fee. This is way cheaper than xlm and other cryptos.

      • So good.

        • +1

Xlm is almost nil gas fee so how USDT TRC20 is better option?

          • +1

@Ash-Say: Maybe some fees or price difference buy and sell XLM?

            Need to do some math.:)

          • +1

@Ash-Say: Either way they are better than default ERC20 gas fees.

    • Any one also made the mistake of not doing steps 4-6 before withdrawing?

Is my SG gone for good?

      • Did your SG already transfer to your wallet?
Maybe you still have time to take those steps.

      • No, your SG hasn't gone anywhere, you can always go back and import the asset based on the contract address.

    • Thanks for these instructions. Can you please explain step 4 and 5 a little more. I’m in Metamask adding the token with no idea what I’m doing.

  • All of my Dec 21 purchases are now approved. However, still unable to withdraw anything. The previous withdrawal request is also on hold. It appears that there's no SG available in the distribution pool at the moment. Only approx. 27000 SGs have been transferred from one address to another on 5 Feb.

      going by telegram
Accounts that have had withdrawals temporarily blocked should be back to normal by the end of the day (JST).

I don't think this includes ebay, as the same admin said that its a separate issue on ebays side with no eta.

      • Out of the frigging 50 orders I have done one was eBay.

        Boo.

      • but even if you can withdraw, it will keep pending forever?

      • +2

They've fixed my approved amount so ~600 SG down from ~750. Still can't withdraw, but seems like a good sign.

        • Success!
Paid 25 USD gas fee. I'd have waited if I knew it was going to work. Just glad I was able to start the withdrawal process.

      • My previous withdrawal request has been rejected and the SG balance was reduced by 100. I re-submitted the request this morning and it is currently showing as "pending". The pools still appear to be empty at this stage.

  • +1

Some reason I have received 3 spend $30 get $100 offers in a span of 1 week, anyone else get these? Ive used all three so have roughly ~$300USD in bonus SG coins.

    • yes one after another straight no delay

      • I had a two day break. This is my 9th one.

        • What you guys buying without ebay on the list? Aliexpress is very slow on SG approval (3 months in some cases).

          • +1

@arctan: No other choice. I stick with ali.

          • @arctan: I've been buying blind motors, was going to buy 1 first to try out but with these offers, I've bought 3 so far.

          • +1

@arctan: Personally, Ali is almost useless for me. There might be a few small items I could buy but it's usually less than $30 so losing Ebay makes SG very unattractive to me. Hopefully it's reinstated later on.

            • @keejoonc: They do have some good priced electronic gadgets and phones. It takes awhile to be shipped to Australia and there is no warranty for them.

    • +1

      Have your purchases been tracked?
I also got these offers and made several orders on Aliexpress on Monday and there's still no sign of them in SG app.
All my previous aliexpress purchases were tracked within a couple of hours.

      • First 2 tracked after an hour, then 3rd one took a day to track.

      • I had purchases track in like an hour, others >24hours..

  • What to buy on ali though?

  • Has anyone booked hotel on booking.com? My order hasn't been tracked for 2 days? Does it always take that long or I should contact them to fix it?

    • Yes, I've booked, and no it didn't track.
      Booking.com didn't work for me.
No point in contacting them, they won't correct and will just ignore you.
I raised a ticket with proof - you get 1 generic response. Provide more proof and they just ignore you.

      • This was my exact experience, my only 2 purchases that didn't track. They were ebay and I know others had the same issue on the same day as me. Received generic response, then nothing when I called them out on it.

    • If you booked with the SG app it should be fine, give it another 2-3 days. Mine was tracked but cannot recall for how long..

      • Lucky you. I waited +-5 days or so. Didn't do anything different than my ebay/aliexpress purchases. It didn't track and support didn't help.

        • It's 5 days now. Still nothing. 😑

  • eBay double up seems to have been fixed and I was able to successfully submit a withdrawal into MetaMask. Will see how long it takes to actually fill.

  • Anyone tried using the same Metamask wallet for different family accounts, to minimise gas fee from Meta to Bitmart. Is that possible & allowable?

I know you can only have one connected to one account at a time.

    • There is no such thing as asking for permission with Bitcoin.

Bitcoin was designed to be sovereign money and permissionless. Users have unconfiscatable property rights of the assets and can Tx with anyone they want on the network without 3rd party interference.

I do NOT recommend users load the private key on more than one Metamask and/or hot wallet at the time unless they know what they're doing.

Using the same private key on multiple devices at the same time exposes the assets to more risk.

    • +4

Best not. They are cracking down on users abused the referral system. Though what you want to do is not against their terms conditions, but you better not let them have any excuses to ban your accounts because it is fall into the trap of 'abusing the referral system'. Buy 30 get 100, so don't risk your whole family's rewards for saving $30 per account. I don't even use the same Bitmart account

  • +4

    Withdraw resumed.

    • Mine failed. Anyone else?

      • Pending 5th Feb

        • Pending 2nd feb, but now failed.
