Free Public Transport on NYE in Victoria, ACT, Adelaide:

This New Year's Eve, Adelaide Metro will get you where you want to go with free buses, trains and trams from 5pm on 31 December to between 6am and 8am on 1 January, depending on your route.

South East Queensland:

Travel will be free onboard all South East Queensland bus, train, ferry and tram services from 8pm until 5.30am on New Year's Day.
