$20 off $50 Bill Payment @ Sniip via Citibank

280

Just got an email from Citibank (most likely targeted), to get $20 off paying Sniip bill.
The email contains unique code we can enter in the promo code section of Sniip app.

Note: They don't seems to enforce us to pay with Citi card, but minimum bill to use Sniip reward is $50

If you don't have Sniip, you can also use the random referral pool for additional $10 bonus as posted here:
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/629034
They should stack, as Sniip doesn't limit how much reward you can use (whatever you have in the
rewards balance can be used).

Are you better off linking to Sniip instead of Citibank so the federal program shows up.

  • Thanks, got it, will be useful

  • Got nothing.

Got it and thanks i got 4x $10 referrals from ozb members!
Paid a bill with total $60 off, happy new year!

  • Agree basically the code you get from citi will give you $20 as sniip credit. Simple as that. You dont have to use citi cc.

  • If anyone has a spare code that they’re not going to use, I’d gladly take it off your hands :) thanks!

  • I have citibank but no email

  • Same no email if someone got a spare code please pm it to me. Thanks

  • Thought this was a bargain regarding discounted snips

  • I didn't get a code either. I have a Citibank bank account but no credit card. If anyone else has code to spare, I'd greatly appreciate it.

  • Had the code, signed up and Evan have me $10. Thanks. Now I can't find my referral code. It's not in my sniip rewards page.

  • I know this is old I have a Citibank account but didn't get a code. Any codes still? :P

  • I paid a bill today ($80+) - did not take off the $10 sign up credit I can still see on the Rewards screen

u need to tick that Use Rewards before the payment button (their default doesn't use reward), but u still can use it next time if it's already in ur Rewards (just minimum of $50 to use it)

      • Thanks will try that next time

      • Tried again today but didn't see that option. Have emailed support

They called me back a few mins later and walked me through it - impressive customer service. Have to select to Pay the bill now rather than Schedule it to see the option to redeem rewards.

  • How does sniip make money?

    • There's a fee if you use a credit card (not a debit card)
