Kind of a crappy title for the deal, I know - let me know if you have a better suggestion. Anyway, just got an email from the relatively new Xbox Live Rewards thingy. You get 300 MS points if you do:

ONE of these three

Play any Kinect game for 2 hours or more during the month of April.
OR
Experience multi-player gaming on Xbox LIVE for 10 hours or more during the month of April.
OR
Spend 800 Microsoft Points or more on game-related items in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace during the month of April (qualifying items are Games on Demand, Game Add-Ons, or Arcade game titles).

AND
ONE of these two:

Spend 400 Microsoft Points or more on any film or television content in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace during the month of April.
OR
Use any of these entertainment apps for 10 hours or more during the month of April:

AND
ONE of these three

Use Facebook through your Xbox LIVE account for 1 hour or more during the month of April.
OR
Watch YouTube through your Xbox LIVE account for 1 hour or more during the month of April.
OR
Connect over Video Kinect for 1 hour or more during the month of April.

Kinda confusing and basically a whole lot of work that I didn't realise when I first read the promo. Still, someone may be able to make use of it.

      It's kind of hard to understand … Do you have to do one from each section, or just one from any of them? And I can't find T&C's or anything else either …. o_O

      Yeah you're right, Krabboss. I didn't realise there was more to do. It's gone from a pretty sweet deal to an OK deal for about 1% of Xbox gamers. Sorry, people!

        Yeah man, I happened across this thing by chance yesterday and I was excited for a moment. I then realised this is such a massive hassle for 300 points so I just took my little 20 point survey and left the site til next month.

    easy leave kinect game on for 2 hours withouth playing - tick
    leave crackle playing a movie 3 nights in a row or just leave on overnight - tick
    videokinect to a friend then leave on for an hour - tick

    no work and 300 points easy!

        Yeah I looked at it a few days ago and have been thinking the same thing.
        If I was actually using that stuff it would be fine, but if not then probably be an equal waste and gain.

    Goodness me, Microsoft! You're going to have to do better than 300 MS points if you want to pay people to help artificially inflate the usage numbers on your services by this much! ;)

    I guess that like many deals, it's only good if you were pretty much going to do that stuff already.

    Is there anywhere that shows how many hours you've already done for each bit? I don't want to "Experience multi-player gaming on Xbox LIVE" for 9.9 hours, only to miss out on the promo by a few minutes.
