The model number of this kit is WXM08. It was released late 2020. I was looking for a Karaoke setup for home - that could be used for duets and play through my TV and AV receiver - so I could mix it with Youtube/ Karaoke app lyrics and music displayed on TV. It is $187.30 on amazon.com.au. This Bietrun WXM08has all the advantages of an Amazon purchase inc free 30 day returns and has a 1 year vendor warranty. Reports of vendor returns and support seem good. Reviews are overall very good. Negative reviews seem to be mainly low volume (which seems to be an issue with the output device rather than this unit) and weak power connection - which shouldn't be an issue for me as it will stay put in my entertainment unit. Reviews also say it is best if you speak directly into the top of the microphone and it is very close to your mouth, which seems to to be the same for similar units at this price level. It has the controls on the microphone, which seems great, and gets a lot of positive comment - vs other units, which have controls on the receiver/ mixer. There are some video reviews on the amazon.com product page. There are over 80 questions and answers. You can connect up to 30 UHF mics! The product page says the mics are alloy but some of the reviews say they are plastic - with steel mesh heads. I bought in USD with my 28 Degrees Mastercard. Note that amazon.com.au gift vouchers cannot be used for this as they are ineligible on amazon.com. Delivery is about 23 days - due by 27 Jan.

(I looked into the Fifine K036 which seems popular but it is not available on amazon.com.au, is out of stock on amazon.com and is more expensive if bought from other sellers. The best price for it seems to be AUD179 from this seller - https://www.desertcart.com.au/products/37139373-fifine-uhf-d…. However, delivery is only 5-8 days).

Edit. This is based on the current 74.89 USD price of the kit. Based on Camel, Camel, Camel it looks like it was about USD 65 up until about November, but this looks like the new price. It dropped to USD 70 on 10 December but otherwise has been at USD74.89 for the last month. I think this is a good deal and won't be waiting for a price drop.

      The top review, headed "Don't buy" (as it is saying don't buy something else) - says they are using a Bose soundbar.

    Depends on what the soundbar inputs are. I'm guessing there's a good chance it has a 3.5mm mini jack input. This is what the linked page says -

    "SUPPORT: Our product need to use with the Smart TV, phone STB, video player and other devices which has the connection of 3.5mm, RCA, or has the Bluetooth function.

    (1) "AUDIO OUTPUT"

    (2)"Headset", "PHONE"

    (3) AUX OUTPUT

    I'm thinking to get one. But not sure if it would work with my setup.
    What is the return procedure for items delivered from US? is it the same as items purchased from AU?
