    Tried this + Lecithin upon seeing similar recommendations to point 3.
    Did notice a genuine difference after just a couple days. Dont wanna get too gross, but extra white, bit of extra volume

  Don't buy these. Only the Zinc is supported by any evidence and your better off buying a Zinc only version with more active ingredient.
