Thats good price. I built mine for $1300. Same specs with a ssd and 6950.

Remember to choose 16x dvdrom + 16x dvdrw at no extra cost.

    • is that 2 separate drives?
exact wording of the spec is as follows:

       16X DVD-ROM drive and 16X DVD+/-RW drive add $0.00

      ??

      • I would think that it will be 2 separate drives. Maybe Dell has lots of DVD-ROM that needs to be cleared ?

not bad if you get a monitor, though it was a normal dell, be prepared for bad air flow in the case. I'd get this just to replace the case and replace the graphics card.

    • Why you need to replace the graphics card ? And to which graphic card ?

      • +1

That card is good for playing HD video but not for games. Can play basic games.

      • Amd Radeon 7850 about a $250-300 upgrade, gamer upgrade only though

  • If you purchase through Bucksccop, you will have an cashback 5%, which is about $45.

    • Or 3.5% - 7% from StartHere, depending on your membership level.

      • I thought they don't pay if they're on discount? :S

  • I wonder why it says "Genuine Windows® 7 Professional SP1 32 bit (English) add $0.00 Dell Recommended" when it's 8GB RAM?

And when you select it, it says "The Memory you have selected is incompatible with your Operating System. To order greater than 4GB of RAM you must select a 64 Bit Operating System. To fix this issue please click on the highlighted words to be directed to the appropriate section to modify your selections."…
