      Got something off AliExpress yesterday, and it tracked within a few hours.
      Did a search within the SG app for the product, then bought it off there.

      Interesting.. maybe try another device and see if it tracks?

      All mine were tracking, all was well, until I had my third 100 promo and 2 items I bought didnt track so I 'didnt' spend 30 dollars.

      Had never occured to me to even check affiliate link because I have literally never seen a product that wasnt one. I checked now and they are affiliate products.

      So… I will be more careful and split up my item purchases one at a time..

    I think these shouldn't be posted as these are received at random after making a purchase, and they aren't part of a specific campaign - i.e. only you will be targeted for this promotion, random after making a purchase.

    It's comparable to, if you make a purchase and then after every purchase you have a 1/10 chance of getting a coupon, these posts shouldn't be made every time someone gets a coupon.

      I thought the same thing, but I’ve received the targeted offer each time someone has posted the deal. I think it’s great cause it reminded me each of those times to check my app or email to see if I had the bonus offer, in which case I luckily did. Maybe there’s a better way to manage these posts?

      You can use discount codes with SG from my experience with purchases on eBay. And I think you can use gift cards too, but I can’t remember. So why not have both :)

          Haha same I’m trying my best to buy things I ‘need’… I had a few pending cashbacks change to approved after about 1 and a half months. But still waiting on the bulk of them. I read that eBay bulks them at the beginning/end of the month. So if you’ve been using SG for eBay, hopefully by Feb 1st or March 1st you’ll see some approvals.

      Mine goes straight to eBay Australia. Just avoid the few categories that are excluded. When you do a search you can filter by item location, either Australia or Worldwide, if that's what you mean.

      No :( my two purchases never got tracked I bought two weeks ago. Very disappointed. From reading it doesn’t say codes are not allowed. I used codes. Did you use codes? Made sure to search for item and add to cart.

    Honestly, getting tired of the tracking issues. The telegram group is just a bunch of parrots repeating the same thing without providing an actual solution and usually just blaming the user as they circlejerk. Interesting that every single item tracked without problems from the 26th->4th of January for me (purchased every day) and now I get sporadic tracking on AE ever since the 5th (didn't track on 5th, 8th, and 12th but did track on 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th) with what seems to be a wide spread outage that occured on the 5th for a lot of people. Same exact process every time with searching for the item (all affiliated) and yet some just don't seem to track at all, can't even blame it as the seller with not participating as it's the same seller, just different items.

      I've only attempted 2 purchases over the last 10 days and both haven't tracked although following the same steps that tracked all my purchases in Dec. If they don't have the ability or interest in helping their users then I'm done with them.

    Socialgood has no intention to pay these bonuses out until they solve their own system.
    Even if your bonus is approved, they don't allow you to withdraw any bonus until they find a solution for the fraud.
