Just spoke to 2 bunnings stores here in WA, it's a deleted item and they're not getting any more of them, so if they're in your local store I'd suggest nabbing them while they last!

These clearance lines are priced differently between stores. I’ve seen the green one for $27 and $35 at the 2 local stores on ‘special’.
And the one JV mentions was $5 at balgowlah but $12 at Gladesville.
Alexandria store had a few electrical items on sale including these cords when I was there this morning. Staff were either rearranging the isles or making room for new stock. The 5m was $2.5 and there was about half a dozen of the green 25m for $12.95 left.

I never said Gladesville was local to balgowlah, you need to comprehend what is written better. I compared 2 products over 3 stores.
Go via the Gladesville store, laugh at their $12 price, then proceed across the bridge for free.
