        Unfortunately, that's the cheapest price I can find it. It sort of is exclusive to Italia.
        Has NFC with Payments for Mastercard, but requires the bank/vendor to whitelist it. There's plenty whitelisted but they're mostly European vendors.

        Oh, and it comes with a built-in Microphone, and Amazon Alexa. Compared to the base model, it's quiet an upgrade. Hopefully Xiaomi will roll these features (fingers crossed) into the Mi Band 7 so that it is standard across the board, and not a region limited variant.

            @miinht: They can add those features for next to nothing cost-wise. The hardware is there, but Banks usually have a $/deal with Services for support. And Google actually pays some OEMs to include their services.

            …But Xiaomi isn't a budget brand like it used to be 5 years ago. They might add it, and will charge extra. So this smart-band could go from a $30-$70 cost, easily to $80-$150.

      I love mine. Much better than my last 4.

      Only issue is it stops receiving notifications on iPhone after being on DND over night. I “fixed” it be creating a scheduled Shortcut that restarts Bluetooth and opens Mi Fit.

    Just bought after I decided my mi band 2 deserves to be upgraded. Very poor screen on the 2, can't read time in sunlight at all

      I did a similar thing a while back. Upgraded from the 2 to the 5. It was brilliantly bright for a while but the curved screen gets lots of scratches. I'm happy with the upgrade, but not as impressed by the 5 as I was by the 2.
