Seems like a decent spec phone around $300ish mark. Australian model and stock according to the seller.

Better for what?
Making and receiving calls? Sending and receiving SMS?
You know phones these days can do more than just make and receive calls and text right?
Surfing the web, streaming videos and even playing games.
If all you need to do with a phone is call and text. The any 4g non smart phone will do you.
I do - in fact my phone does all of those things well.
But I also understand there is a market for phones that just make and receive calls and SMSs.
Others here apparently don't, and are happy to disparage that segment of the market in their ignorance. Which is the point I have tried to highlight.
@jackspratt: Not doubting your phone does what you do with it well. However there are benefits to more ram when it comes smart phones. Things like multitasking. Keeping multiple apps running and not having to refresh constantly because you have run out of ram. Like browser tabs.
My current tablet has 8GB of ram and i can have 4 apps all open at the same time. My old tablet which has 3GB struggles having 2 apps open side by side.
In saying that however there are diminishing returns to having a certain amount of ram. Tablets are not likely to have as much ram as desktop pc as they do not have equivalent performance. Comparing top of the line pc vs top of the line tablets.
What about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T 5G? It has a slightly better processor but less storage and it's cheaper at $261.21
