IMO it would be much better to spend the extra $100 and get the DELL S3422DW as listed here by another Ozbargainer:

Is a 34" Screen perfectly divisible into 2 Side By Side Screens ?

    • 2x 4:3 screens.

Yea but not at this resolution.

I don't think y'all gonna have the best time with a 1080 screen at 34 inches

    • Why not paying an extra $100 for the Xiaomi/Dell one?

Not everyone has this extra $100

        • Yes and no. If you are thinking getting a brand new $400 monitor for either work or gaming, spending an extra $100 is a legit question to ask yourself. If you don’t have that extra $100, perhaps look for second hand on gumtree and you can save $10 for dinner.

          • @Nishi77: Wherever, as long as you don't buy a low resolution and low dpi monitor like this one from the "deal" you should be fine.

  • Note this isn't a 4k monitor.

FHD ultrawide on a 34" display looks terrible. I'm not gonna neg because I understand there are people that don't mind very low PPI displays, so just a heads up.

I am using one now (LG) years ago still fine not really terrible, of course higher PPI is better. Running game that support 34" ultrawide looks really great.
