My 2m version of this always has connection issues. I need to reset it at least once every 2 months, very painful.

    • Did you use it with the yeelight app and enable lan control?

      • +1

Yes I set it up through the yeelight app with lan control. I use it primarily through homekit though.

        • Ah interesting, I don't use it through homekit, I've just got it through google home and it works fairly well. Sorry, I was hoping to offer useful suggestions but sounds like you've got it figured out

@Ibz: I have been using their gen 1 for 3-4 years now, still going strong, no issues whatsoever

  • I dont think these are 10m… pretty sure it's just the 2m base starter kit. And then you can connect 'up to 10m' with extension kits.

    • pretty sure it's just the 2m base starter kit

I am not sure from the description, just updated the title and description. The similar deal did mention 10M

ARGB version, in 2days. Similar price after coupon

Actually, looks like the coupons are stackable.
    So, its 62.64AUD for 2M

    • I reckon these deals on yeelight strips are to clear out the old model. Not sure if the new yeelight strip is argb for every individual led or just sections. But here's one option im looking at thats argb for each led.

      • I was thinking getting cololights too.
That is the new yeelight strip newer version.
Done some research, turns out it just have rainbow effect but they not Argb. Rather just 6LEDs/zone where different zone can be in different colour than another.
