          their payment system use some extra ways to detect the link between accounts so if it is somehow link your 2 accounts you can't pay for the order, you can't even pay using other payment method or other card.

        Thanks for the info. Me and my wife have separate account but we are using my card in both the accounts. These accounts and cards were linked many years ago when Prezzee started. May be that is why they are not flagging our accounts, as we are old customers.

          Yep, no issue here. Using the same credit card across family accounts (real people, no pets). Never had an issue, “foundation customer” might make a difference.

    Did not work on PC - got the 'could not validate your billing details' error (using PayPal).

    A different story via the Prezzee mobile app, though, with the $100 GC purchased there successfully (despite still choosing PayPal). Extra $10 GC already received, thanks for posting.

      If charge is not on your Paypal (or showing on associated Paypal bank account), you can be fairly certain that it did not go through. The Giftcard would also show in your Prezzee Wallet immediately purchased assuming you purchased for yourself.

    Is the error when a user tries to buy more than 1 gift card. Bought one using my wife and one through my account and did not get any issue. But when attempted to buy one more using either account got the error message.

    Can you combine Prezzee giftcards?
    For example, can I combine the $100 and the $10 into a single $110, which I can then swap for one $110 Amazon gift card, as opposed to two of differing values?
    Reason being some online retailers only allow the use of one gift card per transaction.

      You have to keep the number as Prezzee verifies number sometimes. Without it, you may lose all the eGCs that have not been used or recorded.

    Just now got an apology email from Prezzee with $10 Bonus Gift card. Earlier, tried buying $100 GC, but order failed to process. No $100 transaction took place in a first place still receive FREE $10 Bonus GC.

      My transaction went through as I logged into my account. My wife wanted to buy as guest but failed with multiple cards. She gave up as she didn't want to sign up. She just got the $10 free gift card too! LOL

    Is this GC really sold out? As I can still get through to the purchase page, and complete the purchase using my Revolut card.
    I bailed out not knowing whether the $10 gift card will still be issued if 5000 eligible redemptions have already been made by now.

      The gift card itself isn't sold out, but I would say the bonus gift card offer has ended early, because when the offer was active:

      • When loading the Prezzee app on iOS or Android, there was an animation indicating that the YOTBWT gift card had a special offer.

      • When loading the YOTBWT gift card page on the Prezzee app or website, there was a pop-up saying that you would get a $10 bonus gift card when purchasing a $100+ denomination for a limited time only.

      Also, the YOTBWT gift card was added to Prezzee about two weeks ago, but Prezzee only started advertising the special offer just before OP posted it here.

      I think you can see why I reported the deal as expired.

      Depends on what you are asking about and also when you purchased.
      - If asking about Bonus $10, I believe they have sold out i.e. One would get a Pop up on Shopback showing the $10 bonus offer. That pop up no longer shows. One however can still buy the "Year of The Black Water Tiger Smart Swap Cards".
      - If asking about Gifcards in general, then they are via email (as was the bonus $10 as a separate email prior to be sold out).

    Did anyone redeemed to Coles gift card and got “coles groceries gift card instead???? I don’t like coles groceries gift card as it has lots of restrictions like cant buy mobile, recharge third party gift card, smoke and alcohol gift cards etc. After buying these gift card, got 6 other codes for $5 discount in $100 smart e-gift card. Redeemed all 7 e-gift cards to coles e-gift card, unfortunately got all 7*100 “coles groceries gift cards instead. Now i have to do lots of groceries shopping with coles.
