Pretty sure it's USB powered. All the similar ones on Amazon are USB powered so will require a decent wall plug to get the max voltage.
If it's mains I'll buy one.
I don't have this exact one, but one that is similar. Came with the lamp and a USB micro cable. I've got it connected to a USB A port on my power board.

bit hit and miss with the wireless charger, had it on overnight once and phone kept beeping and was drained of battery in morning, i think it was due to positioning
