  • What is the exit cost details?

    • +2
      Fee $$$
      Legal Fee $297
      Settlement fee $300
      Discharge fee $535

I've only done a quick search, but will update if I find anything more of note.

EDIT: I'm not sure if I'm looking at it correctly, but there seems to be very little additional information without delving deeply into it.

EG. No example of Offset (which I assume means no offset), but not even a brief spiel of features of the loan other than the rate.

its prob going to be pronounced as Wealth

    • Inspired by Arthur Fonzarelli at a Rave…dropped an E…aaaa!

    • Spot on! WLTH, pronounced Wealth.

We are on a mission to change the lending and payments experience to a more positive one.

      • "change the lending and payments experience to a more positive one."

What a load of wank. Make it cheaper, then it's more positive. End of.

  • Suncorp with 3k cashback would be better than this.

    • Depends on if you want an offset account. Employee has confirmed it's included at 1.99% rate vs Suncorp 2.38% rate.

Only $1k cashback? Maybe if it was $3k or $4k I’d be interested

  • Makes me very grateful I paid a ratelock fee on a property with longer settlement terms. 1.89% fixed for 3 years, and I got 2k cashback. Unbelievable how quickly it's shot up from sub 2% in the last few months.
