  If all you need is BOM data, it's free via their API.
  There are also many other free (and premium) APIs https://rapidapi.com/search/weather
  I am not understanding why I would want to use Visual Crossing above any of the others. 10% discount on $0.0001/record (and seems like if you got serious traction with your app with hundreds of users, you will be at $1500/year). Doesn't seem like a great deal but am I missing something?

    Can you provide a link? Last time I went looking, most of BOM's data was behind a paywall now. Especially forecast data.
