Voucher is only for the 1st recharge/30 days.

      • You can use it to extend existing plans.

        • No one has applied the 2nd voucher yet. The 1st voucher used on an existing plan could be for changing plan.

          • @Neoika: I just tried extending it to one my 30gb plans that was about to expire. It just resent the date for 31 days and added only 20gb. Weird.

            • @humperdoo: The voucher is essentially a Medium plan voucher which is 20GB by default. This 30GB special offer would only be triggered by new customer activation.

            • @humperdoo: Can you update when you try your 2nd 😊

              • @MeesusEff: When I got the simcard, I’ll try to add 2 vouchers to see if I can get a total of 60Gb for 60 days or not. Still waiting for the sims.

                • +1

@T-man: Pretty sure if you add the 2nd code straight after the 1st you will just wipe out the 1st one.

If this worked then people would just be adding heaps of codes to make a 12 month plan or longer.

                  • +1

@WatchNerd: So only use the code after the last day or even when need it during the expired period.

            • @humperdoo: Does this work for the $2.90 one generally or is this a special code?

I want to try and see if I can extend my kogan plan later.

              • @BoredGhost: I just bought the $2.90 one, and the code doesn't extend… It's an invalid voucher.

                • @BoredGhost: The $2.90 deal is for new customers only, it says it on the voucher, so you can't use it to recharge/extend an existing plan.

The student deal can be used as a recharge, it says it on its voucher, but you only get 20GB data.

The 30GB data is if the student deal is activated as a new customer. Presumably the advertised "30GB on subsequent recharges" applies after that.

@humperdoo: If u use another one does itstack to 62days and 40gb?

    • Ah well that explains why they went so fast haha. Didn't realise the system limit was 99.

  • MIssed out!!!!

  • Grr just realised I accidently put an extra number in my email address.

Could someone confirm if the "voucher code" number in 'Order History' under account is the same as the one you would get via email?

    • +2

Yes, order history matches the email for the voucher code.

You’ll end up paying a lot more than 1c for this. You need to provide a credit / debit card to ‘activate’ and You’ll also be signed up to Kogan spam. I learnt my lesson a long time ago. Avoid!

Ever heard of a magical cancel button

    • Lol…. Way to paint a bad picture. I was using 5-7 a month for replacement of nbn in the past without any troubles. Know how to use things to your advantage and complain less ;)

      • +1

I did over a year with 100+mbps download speed (ping was a bit high 15-20ms), but since moved to a slow 4g area so now with nbn again.

  • We all know why it's so cheap right

    • +1

      why?

      • +3

Students usually forget to cancel? lol? Just a random guess.

        • -1

prepaid sim you don't need to cancel it manually right?
U dot recharge it then it will cancel itself?

      • extreme data collection? No-one just gives out that many benefits for 1 cent.

  • Back in stock

    • +2

      But code’s expired.

      • When reported it was marked at OOS

  • Just bought 2, thanks OP

  • +2

Applied to my current 90 days plan and it has now become 30 days lol

    • It could be a trap. You should have used it on the last day of your plan.

    • +1

How much data did it add?

      • +1

Whatever plan you have will be replaced if you apply this voucher, I had 30gb data and now it's 20. So it added…. -10gb

  • Sold out!!

  • Network used in title, thanks

    • Is it too late to ask this?
      Anyway should be Vodafone's network

  • On the 1 cent deal can one port over and then just recharge on sane number for a year if they have enough vouchers ?

  • Got my sim cards delivered today

  • Has anyone not received their sims yet?

    • Got mine last week

  • Applied the voucher code to newly activated Sim today but it only gave 20GB. called up and they were able to add the extra 10GB

Update: they've accidentally added an extra 20GB! Gonna enjoy 40GB for 1¢!

    • +1

The extra 10GB usually shows up 12-24hrs after activation. You just duped CS into giving you an extra 10GB on top.

EDIT - OH WAIT. I just checked mine that I activated last night (20GB) and now I have 40GB. So they are giving 20GB bonus instead of 10GB right now.
