How? Did you just:
-> Select pixel 6 -> Select 'outright' -> Scrolldown and hit 'next' -> Buy now ?For me it asks to verify my identity and then says 'Something went wrong/ We're unable to process your order at this time'. Maybe because I only just made a telstra account?
my order also went through. is it an issue with the identity? or just try again.
I'm thinking maybe it's an issue with not having Telstra plus? If I try to access it it says I can't join.
I have had an account for a long time and it gave me the same error.
I tried again (outright phone, no plan) and it went through fine. I do have a data only sim with Telstra though.
I'm also having issues. I've had a telstra account for years with 2 mobile numbers.
Been on telstra chat and called them today but they can't seem to assist, only option they are saying is to actually visit a telstra store in person to get the deal today.
How annoying that it will not allow you to buy a Pixel and a case for it in the same transaction…

I am trying to get OW to price match but they claim you can't as you need to be with Telstra.
Yeah i tried as well. JB HiFi and Officeworks have said they have received emails in the morning from their managers advising not to price match Telstra because 'it requires you to sign up, have a service with them and create an account with them'

I simply showed them the telstra purchase page (linked in this deal), where I could purchase outright and it didn't require a plan at checkout.

Mine just arrived in the post today, pretty quick delivery. I'll have a play with setup over the weekend, but it should be quite an upgrade from my Pixel 2!
