  Used it for a $100 Hello Fresh voucher. Figured out that when you apply the voucher in the Hello Fresh app, it also gives you free delivery. So with this deal it reduces the weekly spend from $109.89 to $90, equivalent to a 18.1% discount.

      Existing. I just redeem the voucher code in the app under Settings -> my gifts and discounts. It comes up as a “Classic Box / 5 meals X 2 people” and then the next weeks box shows as fully paid.

  Beware of their crappy looting system. I got a ‘payment could not be processed error’ in one of the similar deals while attempting to buy the gift card so I tried for another time which went through successfully. When I got my credit card statement, I found out that I was charged twice in spite of receiving only 1 gift card. Even after providing all the details including the card statement and transaction reference numbers, Shopback is sticking to the point that they have only received one payment. Guess the only option I am left is to do a chargeback to get my money as Shopback isn’t ready to accept they have charged my card twice.

    The charge that did not go through would be in a pre-auth state, and will eventually disappear after 7 days or earlier if unclaimed by the merchant.
    If it settles then you can make a claim / initiate a chargeback.

      The deal was on 29th Dec and I have been billed for both transactions of which one had failed and I only received one gift card.

          @Coops1: Does it matter to you??? None of your business when I do it. FYI, I got to know about it when I got my credit card statement few weeks later and I have been dealing with Shopback on the matter for the past 3 weeks and have given up now.
