  it may only be a few hours, and ive watched a lot of pre-release content on youtube, but man after BF2042 I finally got it knocked into my skull the whole deal with pre-orders. Ill wait

    There's an even bigger risk pre-ordering from 3rd parties like Fanatical since Steam's standard refund policy does not apply in this case.

    Also if you want to try the game just get a Game Pass trial for $1 since it'll be on there from day 1.

    Depends if you're expecting to play Mortal Empires when that comes as you'll need the previous games on the same platform to play as their factions and many people have those on Steam.
