  • Does the store closing price add on to the discount, or this it already added?

  • If this is an advertised price, then all closing down stores will not be doing that price since all closing down stores are acting relatively independent of every other store in terms of pricing.

    • Very true. Have seen price being cheaper in operational stores than what in the closing stores.

      Very dodgy.

      • Besides, there's no apple stuff left in Brisbane CElizabeth St where I usually visit.

It is true since i work in a closing down store (i can't select Rep as its for Lasoo) and have to deal with numerous complaints from customers daily - I kinda don't blame them since its not advertised anywhere.

        • Hey I was trying to find a lsit of closing stores with no success. Any idea?

        • sorga, I remember somebody posted a list here but couldn't find it now.

But anyway you can still go to DSE site, use store finder and type in postal code.

It will tell you if there are any closing stores around that area.

But the list posted also show some closing stores not mentioned in the store finder.

        • Thanks superforever

        • My local store has this sign: http://i.imgur.com/RHr7u.jpg, As stated above, there 20% sale was less then national 30% sale for games last week.

They probably only have 1 left in stock nation wide lol

  • I'd prefer a 32gb or 64gb - any love on those?

they should have kept he 16gb model at 200 bucks 300 bucks is a lot to spend on something that isn't also a phone, seeing as micro SD cards that size are like 50 bucks.

      • Thanks - looks like a good option.

Buy $300 theGoodguys gift card after 30 April. 20% off from Post office. http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/68504

It would cost you $240 and $8 credit left. Might get a case/cover.

        • gift cards work out as $159 from GG's for an 8gb touch which is a better option either way.

  • i'll camp outside my nearest DSE :)

  • Harvey Norman was doing these for $164 a few months back

  • Officeworks has dropped their price to $169 as well.

  • Does anyone know if a new generation iPod touch is coming soon?

  • +1

I don't like the idea of having a touch screen ipod when i have a smart phone. I'd wish they were still producing ipod classics with tons of storage space instead of touch screen features… Gonna stick with sony walkmans mp3 players for the time being..

  • Didn't show $169 today on their site.
