The T&C's are deliberately unclear but I think it is for new Zip customers that have zero previous transactions with any merchant.
Happy to be proven wrong otherwise I would've expected $80 cashback to receive more + votes.

What does "Cashback redeemable when you reach the Rewards Goal." Mean? I've look at the T&C's and the word Goal is not where to be seen. I can't work it out.
Yer not clear but I think it means as soon as you hit the $400 goal.
Ya, i read it and was still confused. I just assume Reward Goal is Reward Target. I had to install the app to find out my Rewards Target was $20. The full TC mentions that once Reward Target is redeemed, you get a new Reward Target but does not say if it would stay at $20 or not. All i know is the cashback is not actual redeemable cash, more like a credit.

Still can't believe how expensive they are.
Received the 'cashback' today as 4 x $20 credits for reaching my 'reward', very confusing language and T&Cs. Used the 4 credits towards the outstanding amount owing, so effectively became a $80 discount instead of a traditional cashback.
