350GB 25/5 nbn Databanking Plan $58 Per Month + 18TB Bonus + $35 Setup Fee (New Customers Only) @ Future Broadband

This attractive deal also includes a $0 phone line with all local, national and mobile calls included. Normally, this would cost $10 as an add-on but here it is included for free.

The massive data signup bonus (18TB) would obviously go a long way even if one used significantly more than the included data on a regular basis.

Future Broadband is a little different from other ISPs in the residential market in that it makes the business-grade IP-Line product available to residential customers at accessible prices. This gives customers looking for a very stable connection with consistent speeds the choice to opt for a quality product. The static routed IP address included on all connections ensures there is no delay in reconnecting after an NBN outage or hiccup. No sessions, no delays, whenever NBN is up, you are online the same instant.

Customers often don't realise how difficult dealing with NBN can be for the ISP. The ISP finds itself wedged between a disgruntled customer and an inefficient, uncommunicative NBN. It's often a no-win situation. I can understand you wanting to blame the ISP but there is sometimes much more to the story, perhaps not visible to the customer.

Not at all. I'm just a very satisfied customer and am in no way associated with Future Broadband

In the interest of transparency, about 3 hours after I posted my experience, I did get a response from the ISP re my Friday outage so only the 6-week old query is outstanding,

@digitalaxon: Wow.. so they monitor OzB but not their support channels?

            • @randomusername2017: Could it perhaps be a coincidence because it's Monday, the first business day after the weekend, when staff are at work and reply to tickets? Just because two events happen on the same day does not mean there is a connection. Connecting the dots without evidence is a logical fallacy.

              • @ozimarco: so your calling him an idiot ?
                nice.
do you not have a helpdesk that works over the weekend ?

@rakeem: Show me where I called anyone an idiot. Pointing out a logical fallacy is not a personal attack.

I am a customer so I obviously don't have a helpdesk. Future Broadband has livechat support from 9 to 12 on weekend mornings.
