It has been about a week now since I ordered the S22 Ultra in green and it is still just saying "Preparing Order". The Pre-order date shows that it ships from 17 Mar 2022 (the case I got with is only 31 March). I'm assuming they will be shipped individually. But more worried that it is still Preparing Order which means "Your order has been received and is being reviewed"..

Mine FINALLY moved from Preparing Order to Preparing Dispatch.. I have no idea how long this will take lol. On my order it shows "Pre-order" and next to that a
"Ships from date" but this is a useless field as it is "from"… Sy you can expect the device anytime after that.
I can only see order date and there is no other date values in the order page :D

Strange! I ordered a s22 ultra and a case. Case was supposed to ship on 10 March and phone on 17th March.
I got the shipment today (17th) but didn't have the case! Only the phone was there. Strange!

FYI, spoke to them a few minutes ago. Once it goes into Preparing dispatch it can take up to 14 days to deliver by the courier. They said they have escalated the order for me but yea not sure if that does anything. I think they try to group the orders. I know my previous order the buds were shipped about 2 weeks before the phone but they arrived at the same time. The buds were at the depo the entire time until they got the phone.
