If cdemarco's comment below is anything to go by - this Smeg microwave is pretty frakking awful.
I was stupid a long time ago and bought one of these smeg microwave + oven + grill . I am so glad I bought the extra 4 years warranty. It had so many repairs done to it. Never ever ever again, smeg. Now on its miele or lg. :)
