    I've been subbed to the SIzzle for years now! 2016 from the looks of it. I'm weird and archive every issue and the earliest I have is Issue #79!!! We're at Issue #1564 now!

    I've been a paid subscriber since the day [literally] I was first shown The Sizzle in 2018.

    I get a lot of consolidated news from email newsletters and podcasts, and The Sizzle is well worth the reasonable annual $$.

    Anthony (decryption) always finds tech news of interest and even though I don't always read all the full articles, he provides enough info in each issue of the newsletter to keep me well informed anyway.
    I'll keep paying for The Sizzle as long as Anthony keeps pumping it out.

    (He also takes break and has good people to fill in for him.)

    The Sizzle is probably my favourite tech publication. I work in tech (and am interested in some parts of it) so I feel an obligation to keep up to date, but it's so tiresome to fish through the firehose of garbage articles written by doofus journalists that buy into the Silicon Valley 'Make The World a Better Place' hype. Anthony does this for me every day and I pay peanuts for it. Plenty of OzBargainers would enjoy The Sizzle, but if your personal circumstances allow you to tax deduct this expense, you in my eyes have absolutely excuse but to subscribe.

    Love The Siz. Ant does the legwork to find the best stories and deals. I have been following tech online for many years and nobody cuts through the crap better. Plus the deals Ant funds are the best! Do it! So glad I did.

    I used to be a big fan of the delimiter (RIP). I also used to think the idea of paying for an email was rubbish.
    The Sizzle includes an Australian perspective on tech, it's concise, it's well written, and it's a good way to get exposed to think you might be interested in looking into. The bargain alerts are pretty awesome, on occasion.

    It's like having a cool tech savvy PA, and you don't get much PA at this price (probably about an hour and a half of time per year, with a reasonably priced PA who has zero interest in tech).

    In all seriousness, I not only paid to stay on "The Sizzle", but I resubbed too.

      I used to write for Delimiter occasionally. I miss it too. Closest site to it is Innovation Australia. Doesn't have the same opinionated view as Renai had, tends to play more of a straight bat. But still pretty good.

    Been a sub since issue #1. It’s a great TLDR of the important tech news and bargains of the day for those who are too busy to browse multiple news sites or F5 ozb, written in an easy to read style. Tax deduction is a bonus. 90 days free is huge.

    Have read through the overwhelmingly positive comments. What's different between this and Morning Brew, which is free and presumably written from a US lens? Anything else of note?

      Morning Brew tends to focus on more financial stuff. Looking at their latest issue, it's almost all finance, no tech. The Sizzle is very much technology focussed (i.e: new product announcements, tech related government policy, infosec stuff, electric cars, a bit of cryptocurrency etc.) and of course, covers Australian topics that US publications don't care about (e.g: NBN, Australian government decisions/laws, Australian court outcomes, Australian tech companies, launches of Australian products and so on).
