      You never know…

      • Where's the HODL brigade?? damn, another gigabyte, at least its not eagle lol.

    • Shenzhen is back in lockdown, and there is already no cargo space for around 4 weeks. Although there has finally been a freight price decrease, we are probably expecting it to rise back up again. Sad panda.

      • Name checks out

But seriously, going to cry if that happens

      • Are you suggesting the absurd GPU inflation was caused by shipping costs?
GPU prices have virtually nothing to do with freight costs. They are dictated by ETH price, network difficulty and PoS expectations. Freight costs could go up 1,000% and prices would still be in freefall.

        • +1

you totally missed the point of why prices may inflate due to CURRENT events.

        • No, I'm suggesting that (profanity) all cards may be coming here in the near future. Hence, price go up

Come on after pay day, do your thing

Officially cheaper than what I paid on launch for this exact card in 2020. $1380.

    • Yours is better and still worth a lot more money, this is LHR

no they ain't, not selling on ebay at scalper price.

only dumbass bought FHR at $2200, whilst brand new almost $1000.

        • Who said anything about $2200? A FHR card is worth a lot more than $1329.

          • -2

@vodamerc: no they ain't, u probably a miner turned scalper. 3080 FHR ex mined card should worth $50 or be given as a freebie.

@[Deactivated]: Itโ€™s worth what itโ€™s worth, donโ€™t be so butthurt. If they sell for $1900-2200 (which they do) then itโ€™s worth those $$. Supply and demand is a wonderful thing.

              • @vodamerc: Sell for $1900??
There are people selling FHR on market place right now for $1500 (which is already not worth it!).
Sounds like you are having a fever dream where you are a successful scalper.

                • @thedean: Where are they listed for $1500? Please link me, I would love to purchase. Have a look at eBay sold listings and come back to me.

  • I'm convinced nvidia have informed distributors to dump stock before new next gen cards come on the market!

They need to make as much money asap otherwise they will be worth even less the closer to new cards coming!

  • Just curious to know if you guys think it will go any lower than this ๐Ÿค”

I've been so confused with price fluctuations that I don't even know what's right anymore ๐Ÿ˜… What was meant to be the original RRP?

Let me check my crystal ball…

Seriously though, no one know the future pricing but many people believe GPU prices will continue for a bit more in the coming weeks and months. The consensus is if you need/want a new GPU right now, then it is a good time to purchase. But if you are not in a hurry and happy to wait now, then just keep waiting.

      • Thanks for your thoughts ๐Ÿ˜Ž I guess considering all that is happening right now with the world, it makes sense!

        • +1

Sorry, I forgot to type "many people believe GPU will continue TO FALL for a bit more in the coming weeks and months."

          • @edfoo: haha thanks for the correction ๐Ÿ˜„ here's to hoping it does
