        I just added the VIP to my existing account - logged in, prompted to upgrade, entered the code and it displayed I have registered for VIP (blue)!

        I'm trying to renew VIP with FREEVIP2022
        but clicking on VIP does not do anything on the membership page.
        It only works when logged out, which then logs you in and doesn't work

          If you log out , then add membership to cart , then log back in you can apply code and extend your membership by a year.

    Only VIP benefit seems to be 4 tickets instead of 2 per show? Good if you have a family, or friends, I guess :(

      Hi Andrew. Our VIP memberships will allow you access to certain shows which are not made available to our standard members throughout the year.

        Hi Nathan, I see that for most shows, even with VIP, there is a limit of 2 tickets (instead of 4). Are 4 tickets only available for the more unpopular shows?

It's not a matter of popularity regarding which shows we can make additional seats available, the allocations we receive and other factors play a part as we aim to give all our members the opportunity to see the shows we have available. If there is a particular show you'd be interested in booking additional tickets for please contact me and I can see if we can accommodate an extra booking for those. Thanks!

    Thanks for running these promos.

    I also use another service for these promo tickets. 9/10 I ended up using PromoTix because the competitor doesn't run these free VIP membership drive and usually charges more for the same show.

    Absolutely love Promotix - great choice of shows and customer service is incredible - I don't think Nathan sleeps! I've previously paid for membership a few times and never regretted it. Free membership is just the cherry on top.

    I noticed there was no option to filter out WA shows or to find any shows listed in WA. Do you guys do shows in the unlisted states or only VIC, NSW and SA?

      Hi just joined promotix. But I’m still waiting on my verification email. I’ve tried to join again on a different device but it won’t let me as it recognizes I already have an account. I tried rest password but I still haven’t received an email. I’ve tried the contact us page on your site but that’s not working either. What am I doing wrong?

        Hey, I had the same issue. I never got the verification email BUT when I pressed 'forgot my password' I did actually receive the change of password email which allowed me to then access it.

      Same here not receiving any emails. Tried rejoining but says,

    I actually paid for VIP just last week because stated code had same error as above. I decided considering the value I had over the last month - wedding singer, midsummer mechanics dream, and now Schapelle Schapelle (no judgment on show choices!), I was more than happy to pay the $35.

    If anyone has had the 'exceeded number of uses' issue while trying to apply the previous code, a new code has been added above which will allow you to proceed with the upgrade at no cost.     I've been to a few shows with Promotix and absolutely loved them. I'm incredibly lucky to have snaffled tickets to a few really good shows. I must admit that as a NSW resident though, I'm highly envious of the VIC and SA acts on offer. Nonetheless, an absolutely awesome website. Keep up the fantastic work.

      Hi! We're always trying to get new events over west but unfortunately we don't get the same volume of shows as we do on the eastern side, sorry! We do get offers from time to time though, keep an eye on the site!

      A lot of large acts are currently either performing at the Adelaide Fringe festival or are preparing for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival which begins shortly. We do get a lot of different shows in NSW over the year, keep an eye on our site for more great offers!

    I’ve been lucky to get some tickets to fringe shows for the kids.

    I also agree it would be great if there were an option to get 3 or 4 tickets. I have 2 kids so often I have to make grandma grab 2 as well and join us which she doesn’t love.
