No tabs kills it for me.

    • I'm sure there will be an update to fix that in the future, if the developer reads the comments

  • Also does not seem to allow copy and paste from one to the other when filling out forms or even entering details on the form ( keyboard does not pop up - using ipad). It would have made submitting deals to ozbargain much easier :(

    • Are you sure as copy and paste isn't application it's more OS

      • Tried it on iPad to submit a deal would not allow me to enter data on the submit form the keyboard does not pop up.

    • Works for me. Loving it, but need tabs,,

      Definite chode qualities.

      • Quite phallic.

        I'm sure it was intentional.

  • they should call it the hollow-balls browser catchier name and more relevant logo

  • Why would you want two websites on screen with the ipad - I just can't see a use case for it.

    • When you swap between browser windows in Safari normally on the ipad only the active window loads / updates / stays live - a real pain when switching back and forth between 2 active pages (delays of a few seconds at least each time) - with db you can keep 2 live pages ticking easily.

Only problem I have found so far is that when the browser encounters a problem and shuts down, when you re-launch the browser the back button functionality is not present for the re-opened window. i.e you can set the browser to re-launch at the last page it was open to, but you can't back button from there.

Anyway for free this is great !

Watch YouTube in one and browse in another window.

Or copy and paste between 2 windows.

iPads screen is big enough for 2 things side by side.

    Multiple tabs are needed though.

    Cheers :-)

  • Hmmm, youtube example makes sense.
I think most of the time though, I'd rather break out a notebook at that point, especially the MBA.
    Thanks for the example.
