I have this mouse and love it. Great for gaming too.

I own this. decent mouse but the ruber on the sides are low quality

    • Mine has bubbled on the thumb side.

Battery also doesn't last too long.

      • My battery life and the rubber is still fine after a few years of daily use. Rubber sides maybe have a slight sticky feel to them but nothing major and you can get inexpensive grips to address this.

    • Yeah, mine began to crack/peel after a year or so

I have 4 of this. I'm gonna use them for the rest of my gaming life.

      I have 4 of this.

      One for each hand?

      • I don't know about you but I only have two hands

There might be some conjoined twins on OzBargain…

      • for his forefathers?

  • I've go the g403 but the wireless dongle keeps dying/disconnecting and it's driving me nuts. Anyone know how the fail rate of their newer mice are? Should I jump ship to another brand?

    • I have been using Logitech unifying KBs and mouses for a while, on several systems… never had a dongle issue. Not sure how different unifying is from Lightspeed…

    • You sure it is not your USB ports? Some AMD motherboards have USB issues.

Have one and was by far one of the best mice I've ever owned, however it also fell victim to the damn double-click issue so not sure if I want to give logi any more money until a new generation of mice with new switches are available.

  • Great mouse. I ordered a third one on 08/03 from Amazon UK (via Amazon AU), at a slightly higher price (Boo!).

Note that delivery is via DHL, routed through Europe and Singapore. Due to the situation in Ukraine, there are delays in deliveries through Europe. Mine has not arrived yet, but is apparently due early this week.

  • this or the Logitech MX Anywhere for macbook pro without usb connect

    • yeah hard would need dongle unless they make usbc receiver?

  • Yeah, fantastic mouse. Been using for over a year.
There are switch upgrades you can do for the clicks, which I find is the worst aspect of this mouse, feel etc.

However, I do not have double click issues.

Great mouse but mine developed the "scrolling" issue which is a massive pain in the ass. I wouldnt buy again because of it.

    • The scroll issue can be mitigated, or even fixed entirely, if you do it right. Definitely annoying though.

I have 2 of these mice; one has the scroll issue that requires fixing every couple of months, and the other has been flawless.

      • I've got the latest firmware and every few days I find if i turn it off and spin the wheel each way a heap of times it works better for a short time… Anything else you can suggest? Its pretty shit when Logitech acknowledges that they had some dud batches but still wont come to the party with replacements.

    • Had the scrolling issue, fixed for a period of time with firmware, came back, complained again, few emails later they said they didn't have G703 available to send me a replacement so they sent me a pro wireless which is better mouse.

That mouse as been working flawlessly so far and I have to give props to Logitech support.

My mouse was outside of its warranty period at this point but because I raised a ticket earlier when it was within, and I hinted at the amount of Logitech products that I own, they were happy to replace the mouse outside of the warranty period. Always worthwhile asking, especially when its a known issue that they know damn well they should be compensating customers for if they want to keep them happy.

  • DOES THIS COME IN WHITE?!??!?!! i have 2 of them already in blank though

  • I had the old version of this, but I gave it away. I hated the battery life and got sick of having to charge it every couple of days.

Why is it so bad even with RGB off? Even the hero version isn't much better. Is it because the battery is tiny?

I use a G603 now and that lasts months and months on 1 or 2 AAs

  • Great mouse, but QA is was an issue for me. Returned two within 2 months. It was a PITA getting it replaced. Amazon UK purchases are refund only. Workaround - compel Amazon to honour the price of the original deal when re-purchasing from the AU store.

  • This or MX master 3

    • Probably, gaming = this, productivity/general use = MX. But also depends on personal preference for shape and weight.

      • i have them both, stay away from the MX its a brick and junk mate.

  • Im in the market for a decent wireless mouse however i have had the g302 in the past and both the initial one i bought as well as the replacement one shortly after started double clicking within a few months, and i swore never again.

  • This or G502?

  • Unsurprisingly, Officeworks would not price beat this for their product in store yesterday, FYI. I later called Officeworks as I couldn't find exactly the right wording in their Price Beat Guarantee stating that grey stock / international items are excluded. The lady on the phone said the product code had to be identical and the Amazon listing was one number different, it being ‎910-005641 vs AU local stock product code of ‎910-005642. Thus making the item not match the Officeworks PBG criterion: "Our guarantee applies to all identical products"

Just in case anybody was wondering :-)

Also, according to this link, the Product ID ‎910-005641 is the 16K HERO Sensor version of the mouse, yet the Amazon link in this deal clearly references 25K sensor in the title, but 16K in the details. Peculiar listing trying to sell you a 16K sensor version but calling it a 25K one.
