To fill in some details the OP missed, they're more commonly known as orange jessamine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murraya_paniculata. I have a few in my garden (Perth) and they make great hedges.

The nursery is in Glenorie to the NW of Sydney which will no doubt limit how useful this deal is for most ozbargainers (myself included) although the price on offer is good.

  i've got a whole row and now i've got literally hundreds of seedlings up to 30cms growing underneath
  
  there's a dwarf variety available that only grows up to 1m if you want a smaller hedge
