    Still waiting for cashback confirmation, usually my Big W purchases track with10-20 minutes of email acknowledgement.

          Well I'm going to say there was something wrong with ~10am tracking. Wife did a similar order around 1:50pm and has already tracked.

      I've saved more money with bigw sales than anywhere else I reckon. Regularly get $30 products down for under $5 during their epic clearance days.

      I am lucky enough to have access to 15+ Big W store within range of my normal travels though I suppose though which makes it easier

      Tracking is just the one part, this may get decline by the Cashback confirmed date. So, as of now it will remain as Pending and by the date, you will see as Rejected.

    I just did an order, went through the SB site to validate.
    The extension on Firefox didn't change colour to green like it usually does.
    I'm hoping I won't have a tracking problem as I have had a few before with SB.

            @mountains: the problem is that previously on similar issues the email support didnt provide me upsized cashback and only provided usual cashback amount saying that there was something wrong. sounds like a usual excuse they put in during upsize. cashback period.

            thats why i want someone from shopback here to support as the reps here knows that there was indeed an upsize cashback promotion.

    Just a quick question.
    I made an order with BigW yesterday which was tracked at the 30%.
    This morning part of the order was out of stock, so the order has been adjusted.

    Will I still receive the cashback from SB on the items not refunded in the order?

      Had the same thing happen, one of the items I ordered was OOS, was offered to substitute but went with the refund instead. I assume we’ll still get cashback for the rest of the order? @gotyourback

      Also my cashback still hasn’t even tracked yet, which seems unusual going off comments above regarding Big W tracking? Got a confirmation email at 1:58pm (AEST) yesterday.

          My cashback seemed to go missing too. Purchased just after 10am when there were some website issues/slowness.

          Extremely rare for me to mess up cashback activation.

          I don't mind putting in a missing claim when it opens on Click Activity. Just giving the heads up if it makes any investigations easier/quicker.

      Even if the Cashback tracks, it’ll be remain as Pending in SB account for 120 Days (as per the Store policy)

      WAIT till August to see if we validate

      Tracking is just first part. Stores see if you cancel, return or exchange during that period and if everything goes as per their terms, they will approve the commission to SB which later passes on to you as confirmed Cashback.

    First time in many months that in-app purchase was not tracked. Logged a job as usual. A bit annoyed, as I don't like those condescending template reply to come e.g. make sure you turn off as blocker, empty cart before, don't click elsewhere etc.

    Big w just now cancelled a $5 item of my order totalling $110 because it can’t be fulfilled. $30 cashback was initially tracked. So does that mean that my entire cashback is now void? Is it better to cancel the other items now before being sent as I would not have bought them without the cashback? Damn, I should have opted for pick up instead as the item in question is in stock at all the big w’s nearby

      Can't trust pick up either as 1/2 my order was cancelled as a pickup but still shows in stock on the site at the particular store.
