A WORD OF WARNING - having taken up a similar offer & gone with the cash option flybuys never came up with it, despite 4 calls to them & promises to fix it they have lied and ignored me completely and this appears to be quite common. I haven't given up as they expect I have started a case with fair trading not because I care about the money but don't think they should get away with this again and again

true but they should honour their deals, they make it as hard as possible to contact them & resolve then just outright lie to you, for a company of this nature it is truly shocking
Yes, I do not like the cash option. You have no evidence that you have received it and just have to try to use it at check out. Also, it has an expiry date. The only good thing is that you can use your points online but now they have flypay you can also do it through that.
Try emailing them. I think they take written inquiries more seriously and it's helpful if you want to escalate. Also, you can hassle them regularly with little effort by resending the email.do you have an email address for them as they don't publish one thanks
Anyone’s offer disappear mid-promo?
yes the offer often mid week but if you spend, it will still shown on your docket.
It is annoying when they do that. They should hold it for the for weeks and show your status. Sometimes the emails give a status.
Mine disappeared from my flybuys app too. I forgot when week 1 ends and I assume week 2 is only 7 days, but in uncertain as week 1 was longer than 7 days!
Anyone know where I can check? I'm new to flybuys. Can someone also confirm for me that if I take up an offer that pops up, it doesn't cancel any previous offers I've taken up?

Yes, week one is usually longer. You can see the info in the emails about the offer. Previous offers are not canceled and may even stack if you satisfy the conditions of both.

My 4 weeks x $60 spend will go down well with my snail mailed vouchers for 1,000 - $60 spend (1 voucher per fortnight) and an emailed offer for $50 spend use 9-12/4/22.
I like their Canadian Wild Caught Salmon @ $15 ($13.50 when on special). It freezes well, and so I use these to top up my spends and fill the freezer.
