  • Google problems with the E520 before committing… Particularly units that stop powering up after a few months, which now looks like possibly being a recurring issue. http://alturl.com/ro7cs

    • problem depends on the batch…..i have had mine for a year no problems

    • I've had this problem twice in the last 3 months on an E520, and a similar problem with L420 within the first month of purchase. Main boards replaced in all 3 instances. I'd really like to like lenovo but I just can't anymore.

      Buy with caution!!

  • Wish Lenovo would cut price on Thinkpad Tablet. Scotty! please convince them to do so :)

  • what happened to their Y series? or what's the equivalent now (with a GT555M card)?

  • +2

Seems expensive. I got my E520 almost a year ago for $585, similar spec 6gb of ram i7, 750gb hdd, bonus 500gb external usb drive and the integrated ATI but only 1gb from memory.

  • with the release of Ivy Bridge, these same OLD price doesn't look attractive anymore!!!

I really wish they discount more on the 13" with better CPU, Graphics & BD-Drives
the E320 is sucks @ $539 with no optical drive, no BT, w/o WWAN antenna, slower i5, Intel built-in Graphics, weaker WiFi, smaller HDD…
