This is the Chinese version as Xiaomi never released this officially. Google Play can be sideloaded and 3rd party ROMs like the Xiaomi.eu ROM (Xiaomi's translation team) that translates MIUI CN into MIUI EN with full Google Services are available.
As usual I recommend checking out Techtablets' indepth review to see it in action. A downside in the review was that the phone may give an overheat warning during intense use. As of the Android 12 update this has been resolved and temperatures improved.
