Can you buy my Macbook Pro with butterfly keyboard?

Let's be honest here. We pay Apple tax.

    • Apple tax. It works, if you want Apple and you're willing to pay that apple tax, then life is good.

The second you want to do something that Apple doesn't support, or if you want a competitive price for hardware then you're in the wrong place.

My advice to Apple people considering whether to leave the nest or not is that if you have to ask, you should probably buy Apple. If you have a compelling reason not to (price, functionality, hating vendor lock-in) then you probably should branch out.

      Either works.

      • Um… I am with both camps. My job requires using a Mac and a PC. Being UNIX based has advantages. Prior to the switch to Apple silicon, Mac laptops can run Windows. One reason Apple decided to dump Intel CPUs is lack of performance.

I am finding some of Microsoft's decisions on Windows 11 counter intuitive. I hope losing Apple as a CPU customer is enough of a wake up call for Intel. Anyway, getting the best and the worst of both worlds is an option.

  • Not bad. I would recommend getting Apple Care with a Mac.

I recently had my 2017 MBP fully replaced to this model because of a fault… Apple have good customer service especially in Australia.

  • How do I get this price? Says $4k on the site
