  What I experienced.
  I made three separate pay pal purchases of mi band 6's on 16/4.
  On 16/4 Hekka confirmed order, but only one 1 band 6 was listed.
  Later on 16/4 I rec 3 pay pal advices for the 3 bands listing, transaction id, invoice id, shipping address etc for each band.
  On 29/4 I rec 3 pay pal advices, transaction id, tracking no, shipping status. Footnote said any queries contact Pay Pal.
  On 29/4 rec email from Australia Post advising package for delivery in next few days, any special arrangements etc.
  1st band 6 arrived 3/5.
  2nd arrived on 10/5.
  3rd arrived on 11/5.
  Hekka may have warehouses in different locations, you can see, even though I placed the order for 3 similar items on the same day, within minutes of each other, delivery was scattered. Pandemic may also be creating delays.
  As OP Clear mentioned above, I too would consider 30 days a reasonable delivery time to a location near Oz capital city.

  Paper instruction guide is totally Chinese & what little the band displays is in Chinese.
  App called Zepp Life looks after software for MI band 6 now. (Google)
  Download app from Google Play, create a/c, I accepted default (UK).
  Mobile & Band 6 will pair & setup within the app.

    You're right, paper instruction is all in Chinese. Does the fitness tracker device have an option to change language to English?

    What is the app I should use for this on the iPhone?

      The language on my device got changed to English from Chinese once it’s paired with my phone

      MI band 6 will default to your phone language & date setting during the pair & app setup.
      Google say "how to pair MI band 6 with Iphone".

      Still having probs try the Iphone users on page 1…. FredAstair or the OP Clear or MI.com
      As an unfamiliar Iphone person that's about all I can quickly come up with.

    oh wow - so i got the band - couldn't connect it for the life of me - had previous bands 5 and 6 and this worked and was so easy.
    funny though - I thought I got Chinese version so I started a dispute in Pay Pal and Hekka guys offered me $10 US refund - but not being the Ozbargainer I am I refused as your info saved the day!
