OZB all time favourite.
Lowest price was $14 but that was pre pandemic.
I doubt if it would ever go back to that price due to high inflation and high logistic costs
Seller is Amazon AU, not 3rd-party seller, gives you peace of mind, also comes with 3 years warranty

I bought 1 and combined with $14 cashback bonus & $3 bonus on $30 Amazon gift card, that brings it down to $18.
Happy Easter :)

  • Do keyboards like this have significant lag for gaming, compared to "gaming" wireless keyboards?

    • +2

Really, you shouldn't be able to notice any difference. There probably will be one, albeit so slight that for argument's sake they're practically the same.

    • +1

Yes these cheap keyboards and mice can definitely have a noticeable lag. My folks have a cheapo Microsoft wireless kb/mouse combo and although I have never gamed with it there is a slight but noticeable delay.

Low end, cheap wireless kb/mouse polling rates are usually 125Hz, this equates to an 8ms delay. Gaming wireless devices have polling rates of 1000Hz, which is a 1ms delay - but have reduced battery life as a result.

The mouse in this combo is quite small as well, not really ideal for gaming.

      • the funny thing is you can simply overclock most mice/keyboard to at least 500hz, so gaming gear isn't special in that regard

well its not so simple now Microsoft has made it hell for people to manually overclock, probably so they can get more profit from 'certified drivers'

I'm using the 'silent' version of this set - the MK295 as a keyboard and mouse for the A500 mini Amiga emulator / console

  • System Requirements
Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8,
    USB port

  • Made me remember when they did the 100% cash back promotion on the mk260 back in 2011, now that was a deal!

  • Anyway to buy this around $20

  • Unfortunately cheap Logitech keyboards are not as good as they once were. The quality control and durability has gone to hell.
