Ive had this for a year. Have to say, i was expecting more from it. Using it for the gym, its pretty terrible interface. The only thing i see it as real value is playing golf. Its amazing for that. Maybe i was expecting more from it as a tech interface, having used the fitbit for 2 years beforehand, the fitbit was much better for interface and tracking the gym than this has been. But again, the golf aspect of telling you your range, that is worth the $ if you play regularly (especially on new courses it saves you like 5 shots easy)
Have you used sp02 tracking? And have you used it during sleep? I m after something that will tell me if I have sleep apneoa without having to go do a study
I havent, but i have tried and it failed in the app. Not for that reason, i just wanted to test and it wouldnt work
