Been posted a couple of times before at $11.14, with min. qty 2. It's now less than half that and doesn't have min. qty. No S&S this time for the extra 10% off though.

  The reason for the short expiry is this item is Sold by the
  Amazon Warehouse in short its an second hand market place.

  That's the reason the price is low as the product have less time of expiry.
