    I thought HDMI 2.0 supports 4K@60hz.

  • Are you better off spending the extra for 8K HDMI 2.1 cables?
Seems to be not much more money.
    Example

    Limited-time deal: 8K HDMI Cable 3M,Snowkids HDMI Cable(8K 60Hz,4K 120Hz) 48Gbps Ultra HD High Speed HDMI to HDMI Cord Support 8K,4K,3D,HDR,Dynamic HDR,eARC for PS5 UHD/4K/8K TV,PC

Yep, though certified cables that actually meet the 2.1 spec (i.e. can actually support 4k 120Hz, 48Gbps, etc reliably) are rare and need to be certified like this, with the QR code sticker. Have a look at the reviews on your link.

      • Good to know. Thanks

Based on past deal where OP claims 4k/60 and an actual buyer only got 4k/30, seller can't be trusted.

  • LOL @ 30hz
