    Everyday price at Bing Lee

Would guess most ozbargainers have prime. Free next day shipping can't be beat

      • +3

I don't even know where my nearest Bing Lee is

        • +12

I don't even live in the same state as a Bing Lee

    • Not just a weekly catalogue special?

    • Nope. Bing Lee is $14 now.

If this deal does not get at least 70 updoots i am going to be disappointed.

This deal got 70 updoots despite me pointing out it was $12 SHIPPED from amazon.

I guess that being said, in the end in that thread some users did report they successfully got it price matched to $12 and THEN used the $10 code to get it for $2.

      Here's an upvote from me.

Do I get paid for each updoot ?

      • +6

you get paid in a sense of satisfaction in helping the community.

Can't cash it out for eneloops, however.

I upvoted the other deal ❤️

After OZBers got them for $2 each, you expect them to feel excited about this deal?

      • -1

The other deal was getting upvotes even before anyone reported price match stacks

Tbh this price is average at best

    • Yep did that 2 days ago.

  • Cheers OP

  • This feels like a pretty standard price these days, no?

Samsung card is also available in 128GB for $22.49 and theoretically should be faster as it is class 3 (U3) and Application Perfomance Class 2 (A2).

Ppl are buying the 64GB because it costs only $2 through JB Perks

Is this any good for keep as storage in MacBook Air?

  • +1

Just got JB to price matched in Belconnen, thanks OP!

    • same here

    • did they like try to check if you have prime membership or anything like that?

      • +1

No fuss from them tbh, they just matched the price shown on Amazon

      • +3

Just price match with Bing lee.

  • this good for dashcams?

    • +1

      Yes

      • Fails in my viofio a119 v3, works for a few days then the dashcam complains it can't write. Testing in a PC the write speed has dropped to 2mb/s. Ironically doing a full SD card format fixes it for a few more day - suspect it's software limited so you buy the more expensive dashcam supported versions. Bought from jbhifi.

  • Be aware that the write speed on the cards is not great. I mean, it's fine, but really not great. The read speed is good, but they're used for writing to constantly; that's why they last about 5 times longer than normal SD cards.

In my Y580 laptop card reader slot:
      Seq read: 80MB/s
      Seq write: 35MB/s

      • Yep. They max out at 40MBps.

Meanwhile, other cards are going from 60MBps to 90MBps.

For a FullHD/1080p camera it's fine, but for 4k dual cameras, I'd be hesitant about using them.

  • It's $14 for me
