  This is so weird. Had a brand new pair or thought so, but both earbuds had very tiny pieces of plastic poking out of them.

  Person at jb hifi assisting me said oh that's OK, nothing is wrong with it!

  Seriously how come something that costs this much can have such issues 😢

    Mine has the same issue. Looks like poor quality control from Bose.

      Mine did too. It looked like glue or something and came off rather easily. They couldn't have been opened due to the way the seal is done.
