    I'm normally okay, but concerned about sizing with an expensive jacket.

    Be careful not to use SB with big purchase. My experience is if the cashback amount is high, it will be "missed" from tracking and you will never get it back. So only use SB for $, not $$ or $$$.

      Hey, this has been exactly my experience! Like anything over $100 is magically missed or somehow not validated properly, yet it works fine on really low amounts.

    Why does anyone even use Cashback? I swear these guys are scamming me.
    I've activated my cashback on every DoorDash order I've made and their website doesn't even detect more than 90% of my orders.
    The ones that do get detected it remains "Pending" forever probably so they don't have to pay me.
    I have $19 pending with them (It should be FAR more if their addon could properly detect orders)…

      Hey RocketToSpace, I'm the store rep for Shopback here on OzB. Sorry to hear your frustration here, we always wanna make sure you get the cashback you're entitled to, so I'm happy to help chase up the trouble you're having here.

      To start with, I'd recommend using our mobile app if you're having trouble with tracking on our extension on desktop. The issue there can be that other extensions or plugs can automatically activate whilst shopping, even after clicking through from/activating Shopback on the page. If a different extension is activated/clicked after Shopback, we won't get the data on the purchase because the store doesn't attribute it to us, but the other service/extension instead.

      As for Pending amounts, there is a waiting period for the amounts to be paid out so that we can confirm that no refunds or changes were made to the purchase and verify it with the store. If you ever have any issues or queries re: pending cashback, shoot me a message, I'm always happy to do what I can to help out.
