It is legal to use on private property. You'll need to register it as motorized vehicle to be able to use it on public.

You'll get a fine saying you're using an unregistered vehicle even though there is no way to register it. Broken laws here in NSW

No deal here. Ordered through Gearbite. Site states 799$ with the 400$ discount that they are offering. Spoke to their customer support and explained that its been discounted to sub 600$ plenty of times in the past months. So they came back to me and offered me a one time use 10% discount code ontop which brought the price to 710$ with free delivery.
