Corsair Dark Core Pro SE Mouse $118 (Was $159) + Delivery ($0 to Metro Areas/ VIC/NSW C&C/ in-Store) + Surcharge @ Centre Com

20

Not the all time lowest price, but easily the cheapest around that I’ve found for what seems to be a well reviewed gaming mouse.

Personally the pinky rest and the qi wireless charging are major bonuses.

Seems like it might be part of Click Frenzy.

    • Thanks for that.
Don’t know how I missed that when I was looking on there.

    • Just had a closer look, and the Amazon link from my google search was pointing to an Amazon US product at $140

  • Looks nice, anyone know if you can re-program the buttons and it stays on the device, or you need to install their software on the computer itself to change.

That's one thing I absolutely f***ing hate about my Razer Basilisk Ultimate.
The Razer software is heinous at best and I hate the fact that I need to have it installed.
I got it at a great price and that's the only thin that has stopped me from returning it.

      • Corsair software probably isn't better. You have to get the full package just to change mouse settings.

I had issues with settings sticking originally, but the later firmware seemed to fix it. Also changes between wireless dongle and Bluetooth, and keeps settings (different PC's).

Just a note, and may just be mine, but the battery life is absolutely atrocious on mine (without using qi)
I'd be lucky to get 2 days before it's dead flat

I have heard that. Something they improved with this model over the original. But still not great. Apparently turning the lighting off increases battery life a decent amount.

Yup, turn lights off completely, or set to "sleep" more, I can get about a week without a charge, with regular use.

        • Ah interesting - I'll give that a go, thanks

  • Avoid ! I have it , it died suddently after 8 months , and Corsair refused to honour warranty. Poor customer service support. big thumb down, avoid at all cost

    • After 8 months, you should still have had a warranty with whatever store you bought it from though.
If they're refusing to honour it, you should be taking them to the ACCC.

Yes you are indeed correct, I looked it up on Corsair's website: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033067832-Cors…

Gaming mice has 2 years warranty, I have replaced two Ironclaws. I fought to escalate my case and they gave me this Dark Core Pro, it still failed after 8 months WFH and they are flatout declining any warranty service.

It is very messy with their customer service. Just walk away from them, not worth the hassle. May only consider it if it's at the $20-30 price level and you are comfortable with use them as disposale mouse

        • Wait they replaced ur mouse twice and u say they are bad at customer service? Maybe u should take more care of ur mouse. Lol
