      Hey Jessie! The $15 can be used towards your first crypto purchase. You can then instantly withdraw the cryptocurrency or sell it back for AUD and withdraw that if you so wish, the $15 is yours to use how you like! Having said that, the idea of the bonus is for customers to actually have a crack at using the platform and experiencing how easy the platform is to buy, sell, and withdraw (both AUD and crypto).

      We hope you give it a try - and be sure to provide us with your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. And before you say it: Yes! Support for more assets are on the way. Adding more coins is our top priority at the moment. We have a lot of new features in the pipeline.

      nope , the way i did it was Buy ADA with the bonus, it charge 1 ADA for fee to withdraw, i send it to Swyftx, then sell the ADA for AUD and withdraw it to my bank account from Swyftx.. and they have OSKO so its instant withdraw to bank. Win

        We are fast payments enabled too. If your bank is part of the NPP/OSKO partner payment networks, deposits and withdrawals for AUD settlements should be pretty much instant. Just an FYI for the future :)

      Hey Jason! So you just need to make a small deposit - it can literally be $1 just to make sure the bank account matches the name registered to your account. The account you deposit from will then be locked into the one you can withdraw into, and you could also withdraw that $1 straight back out if you wanted too - we don't charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. If your bank supports NPP/Osko, it should also be instant settlement too.

    Has anyone been able to actually send their crypto to an external address? I can see the send option but it doesnt let me type in a wallet address.

      I'm in the same boat. The very patient and wonderful CSR Sam, attempted to navigate me through to see if we could rectify this is issue for me to withdraw ADA to an external wallet address. Currently awaiting a resolution via a support ticket after making multiple attempts on different browsers on mobile and desktop

        Did the chat fuction, which logged a case and the email told me to try different browsers and nothing.. It kind of feels like any money you put in here will be locked away for ever.. :/

          Our devs have been looking into this. It appears to be only affecting ADA withdrawals for some reason and you can't reliably replicate it - it's affected a handful of customers. We believe to have found a solution and rolled out a potential fix. if anyone is still experiencing issues with ADA withdrawals let us know. And just to be clear: It's not that it's a problem with actually withdrawing the ADA, the input field to enter the withdrawal address is missing — super peculiar problem. Definitely had our front-end guys on their toes frantically trying to sort it out for you guys.

      yep i got this error aswell, did not have a option to enter wallet address, waiting a few mins and logged back in, everything worked. its honestly a great bonus and the best thing is if you choose ADA you can send basically the entire bonus ( minus 1 ADA as a fee ) instead of sending BTC or LTC which will eat alot of the bonus up in Fees, ADA is best option for moving the bonus off

      It legit worked no issues, first go, i got the bonus like 2 mins after…. i NEVER push a promo but this is the BEST one ive EVER seen.. honestly these guys are champions for running this. Not doing some basic KYC for a free 25$ is insane.

      Just one of the requirements of being a licensed Digital Currency Exchange. This is enforced by AUSTRAC and a hard requirement. We've tried to streamline the process as best we can - in saying that, I'd say our onboaridng process is definitely one of the smoother ones out there. It was something we put a lot of thought into to make the experience as least as abrasive as possible.

    so i got my bonus 25$ , in the end i got 22$ total in my bank, i then went onto Sportsbet and Punted away a couple 5$ hits on some Multi-Bets on Favorite Greyhounds i have booked, And it was a lucky day because there was alot of Good rocket dogs racing, put together 4 leg multi and turn 5$ into 688$ …

    Update:
    BTC.com.au exchange is closing. They have paused all trading activity and deposits to accounts. The ability to withdraw your funds out of the platform still exists, but I'd suggest getting out as soon as possible.

    Was not sure where to post this comment, but thought here is the best I could do to share.
