Received this email earlier tonight regarding an upgrade from monthly plan to 12 months, not sure if it's targeted or not.
Thought it'd be good to take advantage of that instead of paying $8.99 every month for a year.

They finally released app for Samsung tv running tizen os
I subscribed simply because they are adding Strange New Worlds almost immediately after it drops in the US and for me it's worth paying for that alone (since my HTPC died and I no longer have access to "other" methods of watching it).
Some of the kids content is good as it's Nickelodeon.

I’ve subbed through Amazon, saves needing a new app or account. Only plan to keep it for a few months to watch the new shows and then unsub, not enough new content to keep really.
Fact it doesn't seem to have a separate app really kills Paramount for me. Is it like the others where you can add multiple accounts?

I'm using Chromecast with Google TV and Firestick and they both have the Paramount+ app.
You only get one profile with it though.The Paramount app is appalling. You can't even pause or rewind a live sports stream, or if you want to watch a game that has started, you can't watch it from the beginning until it is no longer a live show.
Disney Plus and Paramount plus has the worst UX. The reverse and forward UI /UIX is so worst. Netflix rocks in terms of experience.
And sinking fast in content.
Ironic isn't it the ones that are holding all the good stuff knowing they can get subscription because the material they own. So get * with the UI experience, WHO CARES!!
Then the few did try to create a good user experience have their content streaming rights rip out… "Its my content so U can go * yourself" type of thinking.
The there is Binge and Stan which I never used but heard is dreadful both in terms of user experience and content.
Depends on what type of content you enjoy….I don't really watch Disney content anyway but I've come to value the international content on Netflix. For me it's subscribe to Netflix and pirate the rest.
The price is right but after what they did to star trek and halo, I don't think I can give them any cash.

Anyone know if there is a Paramount+ streaming apo LG OLED TV (WebOS)? The only way I've been able to watch anything is to open a browser on the TV and login that way which is super clunky.
No they have not made for LG yet here.
I use Amazon Firestick 4K on my LG OLED
The Apple TV app in the LG tv has Paramount+

Have a yearly subscription and the only content I've watched in the last 6 months is Halo.
Otherwise, not many interesting contents to watch. There is no 4K content either.
Any way to take up this offer with Google Play Billing. Got some credit but can't see anywhere to apply the code in the app on my android phone.
I can't see the point of paying for streaming services. I still have a Netflix account, only because it's a Turkish lira account at one-third the A$ rate and I share it with relatives, but everything else I stream free - ABC, SBS, 10-Plus etc or BBC, ITV, Channel 5, TVNZ, Peacock, CBC, etc using a Smart DNS service that costs me $25/year. What I can't stream free I download, or watch via Kodi, and that includes Foxtel using a relative's log-in.

For A-League fans this is the best deal you can get as the discounted Paramount Plus (which occurred last year) when they first launched saw some A League teams discount it to $70 per year (provided you were an an existing A-League club member).
No word yet on A-League teams having some sort of discount for Paramount Plus for the next season so get this offer while you still can.
It's also only 1080p in Australia, with no HDR (I don't think?) let alone Dolby Vision, and I don't think Dolby Atmos either.
It's 4K in the US, so this is pretty unacceptable.
It means if you want to watch Halo, Star Trek etc in 4K in Australia, your only options are more unscrupulous methods…

The AU paramount+ link is a 404 error and the home page/signup is for the US and the Postcode keeps failing obviously
